Tom-Pierre
Frappé-Sénéclauze
founder and principal
Trilingual professional with a fifteen-year track record driving policy at local, provincial and federal levels. I am recognized for my skills as a strategist and analyst, having built alliances and partnerships between private sector and civil society and distilled joint recommendations into ~ 50 public-facing reports and publications. I have provided change management consulting services to over 20 organizations and thrive in complex situations where one must quickly understand multiple perspectives to identify solutions that are transformational rather than incremental.
Land Acknowledgment
My home and workplace is situated in Tiohtià:ke (Montreal) on the traditional territory of the Kanien’kehà:ka, a place which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange among many First Nations including the Kanien’kehá:ka of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy, Huron/Wendat, Abenaki, and Anishinaabeg. I honour the resilience of the Kanien’kehà:ka, and want to express my gratitude for their stewardship of the land for time immemorial.
